Feel free to feed your Feedback, since feedback is the reward given by the customers. We are in need of your feedback where we could find a way to improve our quality/product/support... and why not we may try to improve ourself.

Feedback may come free of cost but really it is worthfull when someone is going to take it in a way to make it worthfull. We are supporting our customers by having continuous trackover on feedbacks and will try to resolve it within a stipulated time.

An issue may be a query or an bug please feel free to feed your feedback Its obvious any product may have issues for every token/ticket raised by a customer will be completely tracked by our support team till the issue is resolved. Also we are having a issue logging system to avoid the reduntant issues.
